Well, I’m an Indian! So we had a huge bunch of festivals and i can’t say that I have stuck to my diet, In fact I have come up from a size 2 to a size 4! I shall have to lose weight quick and fast! I’m also vegetarian so my breakfast is going to be a bit different! ut also very similar! Starting now! My diet and regimen!
My breakfast, as of today, consists of multi grain bread, low fat cheese, bran/oat flakes in soy milk (unsweetened) and a glass of sugar free juice!

I basically toast the bread (on a pan) without any oil/butter etc and then spread a very very thin layer of low fat cheese on it just for taste! Otherwise it tastes like roast cardboard!
Then I have breakfast. After two hours I have a bowl of veggies again without oil or anything like that!

Here it is, the bug has bitten me too! I am now aspiring to be the size zero that everyone keeps raving about!
I was taking a look at my life and frankly speaking, there is nothing that I can control – except the way I look! Even that isn’t fully mine because of stress levels, pollution etc etc!
So here I have decided to give myself one week to gt over my bad eating habits and then to lose weight!
My weight right now is about 59kgs which is about 129.8 pounds!
And my measurements are waist – 25″ and hips 34″
So now my aim is to get to this size 0!

This is my first post! And I shall be taking pictures and posting my transformation throughout!
I shall also be posting the diet that i follow along with recipes – since i am a vegetarian, there are gonna be a lot of veggie recipes!

Insult or Intelligence?

The other day I was having a discussin with a friend of mine (Lets call him John) about oral sex. The discussion was quite easy until I said something that made him gasp. I told him that i would not have oral sex/sex with anyone till i am sure that he/she has had an STD test. He seemed mortified, like i had just accused him of having a disease. It took me quite while to convince him that i was not talking about him.

Why is it that men/women take it as an insult if you ask them to take an STD test? They act all insulted and try to guilt you into taking your wards back.

It isn’t logical for me to risk my health to make someone feel better.
Secondly, I am living in the 21st century, I would rather not have sex than has sex with someone who does not understand my need to be safe.

A Nice Date!!!!

You know, the other day i went on a date. It was a movie date, but instead of going to the theatre, we watched the movie at his place. We were watching 9 1/2 weeks. It was of course my idea and i don’t think i have ever been more turned on in my life. I don’t know if it was the guy, the movie or the popcorn but hey.

Try this movie trick, In case you have someone that you just have to hook up with. Pick up a nice movie, any genre would do. Just make sure that there are a couple of sex/erotic scenes in it.

Making sure that you will not be disturbed for a few hours, dim the lights making sure that they are placed on the sides.
