Well, I’m an Indian! So we had a huge bunch of festivals and i can’t say that I have stuck to my diet, In fact I have come up from a size 2 to a size 4! I shall have to lose weight quick and fast! I’m also vegetarian so my breakfast is going to be a bit different! ut also very similar! Starting now! My diet and regimen!
My breakfast, as of today, consists of multi grain bread, low fat cheese, bran/oat flakes in soy milk (unsweetened) and a glass of sugar free juice!
I basically toast the bread (on a pan) without any oil/butter etc and then spread a very very thin layer of low fat cheese on it just for taste! Otherwise it tastes like roast cardboard!
Then I have breakfast. After two hours I have a bowl of veggies again without oil or anything like that!
